(Finance) – Shedir Pharmaa group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, he concluded the acquisition of 100% of Again Life Italia and related companies ALI Research, Global Health & Cosmetics, Again Life USA and R&A. The equity value is a total of 1.2 million euros. The operation will allow immediately to extend the commercial presence of the Shedir group on foreign marketsaccelerating the growth path already undertaken by launching marketing in the countries where a distribution contract has already been signed.
The Again Life group, co-founded by Raffaele Migliaccio, highly experienced oncologist and pharmaceutical manager, specializes in biotechnology research, development and marketing mainly abroad with the creation of partnerships. Again has distribution agreements for its products in more than 70 countries around the world with a revenue 2021 of about 1 million euros developed in about 15 foreign countries. L’EBITDA 2021 is around 13% of turnover. L’net financial debt as of March 31, 2022 it is equal to approximately 1.4 million euros.
