Rachel Waters was disappointed when her boyfriend Paul McGee visited England in April and never returned. Some time after her boyfriend left home, Waters wrote to a community on social media asking for information. Waters, who lives in Shenzhen, China, was told that McGee had “a wife and children”.
“SOMETHING MAY HAVE HAPPENED TO YOU”
About six weeks after her boyfriend left for Norwich, Rachel wrote to a Norwich resident Facebook group, hoping she might find some traces of her lover’s whereabouts.
According to The Sun’s report, Waters shared a photo of the couple taken in China and said he was “concerned that something might have happened to him”.
WHEN A FRIEND SEEING THE POSTING…
However, a friend of McGee’s partner saw the post and revealed that he has a wife and children.
The post read:
“I have an unusual question. My boyfriend Paul Magee and I live in Shenzhen, China. He went to visit his home (Norwich) in early April and was supposed to be back in China by now. But I haven’t heard from him recently and something has happened to him. I’m worried it might happen. If anyone knows anything, please contact me.”
The brand manager from South Carolina, USA went to university in England before moving to Shenzhen in 2019.
“I’M AGAINST HIS WIFE!”
A friend of McGee’s partner replied:
“It’s not really funny. The man has a wife and kids, and I really feel sorry for his wife! He also had another girlfriend in China.”
Waters, who regularly posts hilarious “failed meetings” on his YouTube channel, later removed this post.
“ONE MORE CHANCE”
A friend of the couple said:
“Paul and his partner hadn’t seen each other for two years. Paul returned here recently and somehow got back together. They broke up and had a child. They thought, ‘Let’s give it another chance.'”
