Utrecht – Utrecht can do little about the rising rates for partial transport. Prices in the city are rising rapidly and that is a thorn in the side of the local PvdA. Alderman Lot van Hooijdonk (GroenLinks) says she can only influence the prices of Tier, the provider of shared bicycles. It has no influence on other providers, including cargo bikes and cars.
