Hitipeuw will be responsible for the portfolios work and income, art and culture, integration and asylum and ICT. She will also become alderman of Ameide, Meerkerk, Nieuwland and Tienhoven aan de Lek. The sustainability and energy transition portfolio will be placed with alderman Joop van Montfoort.
