The succession of revelations of crimes committed within the Catholic Church has caused the shame, anger and dismay of many faithful or priests, who are calling for in-depth reforms. The Archbishop of Poitiers, Mgr Pascal Wintzer believes that a change is necessary. For him, this requires new people (including women and lay people) and institutional changes.
