The shots at the villas are said to have been fired during the Friday evening, but were not discovered until Saturday morning. The incident is being investigated as a serious weapons offense and attempted murder.
– We have made findings that indicate that shots were fired, says Evelina Olsson, police spokesperson.
The police are on site and work, among other things, by knocking on doors.
Shooting in the same area
Earlier this week, a man was injured in connection with a shooting at an apartment in Västra Kattarp in Malmö. A 75-year-old man who was in the apartment received serious injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance. A boy who was a minor was arrested in connection with the shooting.
According to information to SVT Nyheter, the police are working on the theory that the man was not the intended target.
