Several shots have been fired at a person in the center of Oslo, the police announce according to NTB. One or more perpetrators have fled the scene.
The shooting took place in an open street at the shopping center Arkaden. The police are currently investigating whether the victim has any injuries, the police write on X.
Several police patrols are at the scene, NRK reports.
