Test participants may be physically searched in connection with the university examination being conducted. Anyone who refuses to undergo entry and exit checks is denied access to the premises and will not receive a result on the test, unless there are special reasons.
A person who has refused an exit control can also be suspended from taking the test for two years. The purpose of the new law is to get at the high-profile cheating.

In order to be able to use the title assistant nurse in care and social care, you need a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Transitional rules apply to staff who already have permanent employment. They can continue to use the title for a ten-year period. Only assistant nurses are now allowed to work as permanent care contact within home care. In order to obtain the certificate, a special education is required, and new requirements are therefore also being set at folk high schools.
As of August 31, only one passenger may sit in the seat intended for passengers in A-tractors. There will also be seat belt requirements, which is not the case today. Anyone who travels in a converted car without a seat belt can then be sentenced to a fine. The maximum permitted speed is 30 kilometers per hour. The rule changes applies only to EPA tractors and not to ordinary tractors, for example agricultural tractors.
