The first calls about the moose came at 1 p.m. and since then the Västerås police’s phones have been ringing hot.
According to the police, three moose are said to have been in the district of Bäckby in the western parts of the city, where they were seen running in a square and several streets, among other things.
At 3 p.m., the police issued a warning that at least one of the moose should be on Köpingsvägen. Another moose is on its way to central Västerås.
