Russia has attacked the Ukrainian capital Kiev during the night, Ukrainian authorities say.
Several Russian projectiles have been shot down by the Ukrainian air defense over the capital and falling rubble has damaged several apartment buildings, the city’s military command says.
At least twelve people have been injured, the city’s mayor Vitaly Klytjko says on Telegram. Emergency services are working in several places in the city to put out fires.
