A boy is seriously injured after he and two other five-year-old boys were attacked by a man in Zurich, Switzerland on Tuesday, police said.
The attack took place just after lunch in the district of Oerlikon, which is located north of the center of Zurich.
The children were on their way to preschool
The three children were on their way to a preschool, together with a woman who works there, when the man suddenly stabbed them.
The woman, along with another person, managed to overpower the suspect and held him until the police arrived.
All three boys were taken to hospital for treatment, two of them with minor injuries.
The police have not indicated a possible motive for the attack.
