At least nine Palestinians, aged 23 to 72, have been killed by Israeli military in a raid in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to Palestinian health officials. Around 80 people have been taken to hospital with gunshot wounds, according to the data.
According to the Palestinian Authority, three of the dead were members of organized militant groups.
The Israeli military has confirmed that its forces have made an operation in the city, but has not given more details.
