Hundreds of people are being evacuated
In Switzerland and France, hundreds of people have had to be evacuated, when the river Rhône and its tributaries overflowed. Switzerland has also been hit by landslides, reports say Reuters.
The rescue service plans to evacuate 300 people who have come to the town of Peccia due to a football tournament. 70 others are evacuated from a tourist area in the community of Mogno.
