At least four people have died in a Russian robot attack on Lviv.
Several people have been injured and it is feared that people are trapped under the raging masses.
– The situation is extremely difficult, says Lviv’s mayor Andriy Sadovyj.
During the night, the city of Lviv in western Ukraine was shaken by a Russian robot attack, several media reports. Four people have died after a robot crashed into a block of flats. At least eight people have been injured.
– 60 apartments were damaged, windows were blown out in many houses and about 50 cars were damaged,” says the city’s mayor Andriy Sadovyj in a statement on social media.
– Rescue service personnel are working on the scene because people may still be under the rubble. The situation is extremely difficult.
“People get the help they need”
The governor of the region Maksym Kozytskyj writes on Telegram that a fire broke out after the attack. The fire was extinguished by the emergency services.
“Firefighters, medical staff and specialists from the rescue service are working on the scene. People get the help they need,” he writes.
During the morning, the rescue service worked to rescue people from the racial masses. Both the governor and the mayor fear people are still stuck under the racial masses.
On Twitter, the country’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the attack. He promises that Ukraine will take revenge.
“There will definitely be an answer to the enemy. A strong one,” he writes.
