Several people have been hit in a shooting at a city bus in northeastern Philadelphia in the United States, local authorities say.
At least seven children are injured, according to the city’s school district, CBS reports. It is still unclear how badly injured they are.
All of the injured were in the street when the bus was fired upon, said John Golden, a spokesman for the Pennsylvania State Transportation Authority.
Wednesday’s shooting is the fourth that has occurred in the last four days in connection with Philadelphia’s public transportation. In the previous shootings, a total of three people have been killed.
