Since 1 July last year, Utrechtse Boas have stopped someone seven times due to street intimidation. Mayor Sharon Dijksma (PvdA) announced that figure last night in the weekly question time. The mayor is best content with that number, because it is difficult to prove that there is a criminal offense.
