(Telestock) – Sesaa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in technological innovation and IT and digital services for businesses, has announced that it has Two lists filed for the appointment of the Board of Directors scheduled for the Shareholders’ Meeting convened for August 28, 2024 in first call and, if necessary, in second call for August 29, 2024.
There List #1presented by the majority shareholder ITH SpA which owns 53.024% of the share capital of Sesa, is composed of: 1) Paolo Castellacci; 2) Alessandro Fabbroni; 3) Giovanni Moriani; 4) Moreno Gaini; 5) Claudio Berretti; 6) Angela Oggionni; 7) Chiara Pieragnoli; 8) Angelica Pelizzari; 9) Giovanna Zanotti; 10) Matteo Biscaglia.
There List #2presented by a group of shareholders holding a total of 3.8695% of Sesa’s share capital, is composed of: 1) Giuseppe Cerati; 2) Antonella Bientinesi.
