(Finance) – Sesa announced that, as part of the program for the purchase of its own ordinary shares, between 23 and 27 December 2024, it has overall purchased 11,000 own ordinary sharesand, at an average unit price of 62.91673 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 692,084 euros.

As of December 27, the company that offers IT and digital services for the business segment owns a total of 148,753 ordinary shares, equal to 0.96003186% of the current share capital.

In Milan, today, a fractional reduction for Sesawhich closed trading with a loss of 1.03%.
