(Finance) – Sesa announced that, as part of the program for the purchase of its own ordinary shares, between 30 December 2024 and 3 January 2025, it has overall purchased 2,725 own ordinary sharesat an average unit price of 62.373 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 169,966 euros.
Following the operations described above, Sesa announced that it had the Program concluded launched on 16 September 2024, as part of which a total of 126,237 own shares were purchased (equal to 0.814717% of the share capital), at the weighted average price of 81.67645 euros per share, for a value of 10 million euros (equal to the approved ceiling).
Sesa, as of 3 January, holds a total of 151,478 own ordinary shares, equal to 0.97761864% of the current share capital.
