(Finance) – TheShareholders’ meeting Of Services Italylisted on Euronext STAR Milan and leader in the sector of integrated rental, washing and sterilization services for textile materials and surgical instruments for hospitals, has approved the 2022 financial statements. The shareholders resolved to allocate 447,181 euros to the valuation reserve of equity investments using the equity method and to carry forward the residual profit for the year.
In addition, the Assembly authorized the plan to purchase and dispose of own actionsand appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors for the 2023-2025 financial years.
