(Finance) – Cometa Srlas bidder, communicated i provisional results of the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary on shares Services Italylisted on Euronext STAR Milan and leader in the sector of integrated rental, washing and sterilization services of textile materials and surgical instruments for hospital facilities.
At the end of the acceptance period, 7,264,676 shares were tendered, representing 22.838% of the share capital and equal to 64.147% of the shares subject to the offer. Considering the shares already held and those purchased outside the offer, the offeror arrived at a stake equal to a total of 27,749,090 shares, representing the 87.235% of the capital.
Since the offer is subject to the indispensable condition of reaching a threshold higher than 90% of the capital, the achievement of a shareholding of less than 90% determines theineffectiveness of the offer.
The shares tendered will be returned and made available again to the respective owners, without charging any charges or expenses to them, by 22 January 2024.
