Last night Cometa Srl, the offerer, has increased the consideration for the public purchase offer (OPA) voluntary totalitarian agreement on Servizi Italia shares, from 1.65 euros to 1.92 euros (+16.4%) for each share tendered. The acceptance period has been extended by 5 trading days and will therefore end on 19 January 2024. The objective remains delisting from the Italian Stock Exchange.
