The servers in EA Sports FC 25 are currently down on September 27, 2024 – just in time for the release and the start of the first event. We’ll tell you what we already know about the server failure.
Unable to join Ultimate Team: When you try to log in to Ultimate Team, you will be greeted with the following message: “It is currently not possible to connect to Ultimate Team. You will return to the main menu.”
And shortly afterwards you will be thrown back into the main menu. Playing online matches in Ultimate Team is currently not possible. You also cannot manage your team, complete SBCs or open packs.
Server down directly at the start of the RTTK event: The timing of the server failure is extremely unfortunate, as EA FC 25 only really started today and the first event just started at 7:00 p.m. with the RTTK event (Road to the Knockouts).

EA FC 25 – How long will the server problems last?
When will the servers be back? Unfortunately we can’t say that. EA Sports has not yet reported on the situation. As soon as we know something more precise, we will update this article as quickly as possible.
However, it is assumed that the servers could be down for a while, as there is currently a big rush due to the release.
