A new week is beginning in Destiny 2 and that means a new patch. Bungie is shutting down its servers for update 8.0.0.5 and is giving its loot shooter a little refresh. You can find out what you need to know about the downtime here.
Update, 7:05 p.m.: The update can be downloaded and is 365.9 MB on the PS5. We have added the patch notes to the article.
This is what you need to know today: Today, Bungie will remove its waves from raids and dungeons. The developers no longer want to limit you and dictate which classes and elements you should play with. In addition, the Grandmaster version of the new raid “Edge of Salvation” is due to be released this evening. Was the raid too easy for you? Then you now have the chance to take on a challenge.
Maintenance on 25.06. – All times for server down
These times are important today: Bungie is informing its players about the exact downtime via x.com (formerly Twitter). The plan is for the servers to be unavailable for 3:15 hours today.

The following problems are known: There are also many problems in The Final Shape that players are complaining about. Bungie has a few on its list, but it is not known which of them will be fixed (via bungie.net). However, the following bugs could be addressed:
