This is what you need to know today: Today, Guardians in Destiny 2 must prepare to take a short break in their galactic adventures as Bungie will be taking a maintenance break.
This short break may seem like an unexpected break for some Guardians, but it is critical to ensuring you have the smoothest gaming experience possible.
As always, MeinMMO will inform you about the duration of the outage so that you know exactly when you cannot play. We will also update this article as new information becomes available.
Maintenance on January 25th – All times for server down
These times are important today: Bungie informs its players via x.com (formerly Twitter) about the exact downtimes. It is planned that the servers will not be accessible for maintenance for 2 hours and 15 minutes today.
This is what the maintenance schedule looks like:
Also keep in mind that third-party applications and the official Companion app may also not be accessible properly for a while, meaning you won’t be able to use them.
This will change with maintenance in Season 23
Bungie did not provide any precise information about the reasons for the maintenance. However, it is believed that this is intended to fix a returned bug in The Winding. The developer said:
We are investigating an issue where the “Togetherness” modifier appears in the “The Coil” activity after the 7.3.0.6 update. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.

While Bungie addresses this known bug, here are the latest issues players have reported to the developer in the Help Forum.
