“This is a very, very serious incident and we are there with several police patrols and assist other blue light personnel, such as the emergency services, so that they can work freely,” says Dennis Johansson Strömberg, police spokesperson
The police do not want to go into what happened or how badly injured those involved are.
— It is serious for the motorcyclist, who was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The rescue work is ongoing at the site and it is estimated that the road will be closed until around 14:30.
– It is early in the work and we will review possible classification at a later stage, when formal hearings and such have been held, says Johansson Strömberg.
