The police are investigating a serious crime in the Gottsunda district in Uppsala. The initial classification is attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.
It was around 10pm last Monday evening that the police received the alarm. During the night, a technical investigation was carried out and witnesses are now being heard. A larger number of police patrols and helicopters participated during the operation. No one was physically injured and no one was detained.
The police do not want to go into what kind of weapon it was.
– We are still interested in receiving information from the public, says Pelle Vamstad, press spokesperson for the police in the Miitt region.
