The accident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. The emergency services, ambulance and police are on the scene with several resources.

A total of three cars and a truck are involved in the accident. According to Region Skåne, 17 people have been injured.

Three life-threatening injuries
Two adults and a child are considered to be life-threatening or seriously injured, which is the highest degree of injury, according to the region.
Four people have moderate injuries and the rest are said to have been slightly injured, according to the region.
The E6 is completely closed in both directions and according to the Swedish Transport Administration, the road is expected to open at midnight.
