The man is now charged in Skellefteå District Court for sexual abuse against children, attempted rape against children, sexual assault against children, gross exploitation of children for sexual posing and child pornography offenses. Crime that was discovered when a father to a nine -year -old girl in Skellefteå would put her phone on charge one evening in August last year.
– I discovered it in the evening. The next day we went to the police station and reported, says the father in the interrogation.
Already convicted – high relapse risk
The suspected man must have caused the young girls to photograph and film themselves naked. He should also have pushed them to penetrate themselves while filming.
“Can you make a long video and use your fingers? Please fine you,” he writes in a snap that ends with two heart emois.
The man was convicted in June 2023 for serious child pornography crimes after both having and spreading pictures and films. Because of his young age, he was sentenced to youth care. The judgment states that he has a high risk of relapse to commit new sexual abuse and therefore needs to have their needs for treatment handled at a youth home specialized in this.
Would have limited access to mobile
It is also emphasized that the man needs to have limited access to unsupported computer and telephone use at times.
Now he is suspected of having committed several of the new crimes, with his mobile phone, just from the HVB home in southern Sweden on which he was placed.
– I mean that all crimes have been committed during the time he was enrolled in this home, says Chamber Prosecutor Amanda Tapani.
Denies to crime
The plaintiffs are twelve girls between the ages of 9 and 14. The girls have been in different parts of the country.
The man denies the crime, but says it is his account that appears in the prosecution and that he used it at the HVB home.
– It was when I was indoors at the accommodation that I used it.
