The Senegalese group Dieuf-Dieul de Thiès finally publishes its first record forty years after its formation, an eponymous album. “Patience does not know time” says a Senegalese proverb. A providential proverb for the Dieuf-Dieul group from Thiès, formed at the turn of the 1980s by a group of young music enthusiasts who united their talent and embarked on a musical adventure first in the nightclubs of Thiès where they take root in particular in the famous Gorom.
