The French Court of Cassation has ordered the State of Senegal to pay 256.8 million euros (about 168.5 billion CFA francs) in damages to businessman Bibo Bourgi, co-accused in the Senegal case against Karim Wade, a former minister and son of ex-president Abdoulaye Wade.
