In Senegal, the deputies adopted this Thursday the draft revision of the Constitution, which relaxes the system of sponsorships necessary to participate in the presidential election of February 2024. The second draft on the table provides for the abolition of the CREI, the Court of repression of illicit enrichment and its replacement by a financial prosecutor’s office.
