Although Outlook and Gmail systems, the two most preferred e-mail systems with the opportunities, conveniences and time they offer to their users, are different in many respects, they have some common points. Although mass e-mail operations are among the common points, apart from the classification of incoming and sent e-mails, calendar options or some other differences, these operations can be carried out using different steps in both systems.
How to send mass mail?
Although mass e-mail sending is generally thought to be done corporately, it is also a process that can be preferred individually. This process, which can be done both via Gmail and Outlook, also has limits on the number of people to whom the e-mail will be sent.
There may also be restrictions on the number of e-mails that can be sent to a certain number of people at a time. In order to send mass e-mails, the e-mail addresses of the people to whom the e-mail will be sent must be known and these addresses must be written one comma apart. How to send mass e-mail?
Sending a bulk email for any reason is a process that can be done by following some steps in Gmail. Steps to send Gmail bulk e-mail:
- The web browser opens.
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on create in the upper left.
- All e-mail addresses to which the e-mail should be sent are written in the recipient section.
- The relevant topic title and content are written in the subject section.
- The Send button is clicked.
If you do not want the recipients to be informed about each other, the e-mail should be selected as BCC and the e-mail addresses should be written in the BCC box. Otherwise, the person who receives the email will also see other recipients.
Outlook bulk email sending
To send bulk emails in Outlook, similar operations are carried out as in the Gmail system. Although the interfaces of the two systems are different, e-mails are created and sent in the same way.
