See the images of the solar eclipse – from space

The total solar eclipse, which was the first since December 2021, was visible in a band from the west coast of Mexico through the United States to Newfoundland in southeastern Canada. It was seen, among other things, in big cities like Dallas, Cleveland and Buffalo.

In the clip above, you can see how the solar eclipse looked from the International Space Station ISS. The images were taken from an altitude of roughly 400 kilometers and show when the moon’s shadow passes over the northeastern parts of the United States.
