The Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) is struggling with a major shortage. Together, the 25 security regions must provide 50,000 shelters for Ukrainians. This is independent of the reception of asylum seekers. COA has been begging for more reception places in the municipalities for a year now.
