Piteå municipality is currently working together with supplier Careium, which is also responsible for the operation.
– We are currently working on contacting everyone who has a security alarm according to a certain order of priority. It is of the utmost importance that we get in touch with everyone and can ensure that they get the help they need, says Helena Magnusson, head of department ordinary housing, Piteå municipality.
Relatives are also encouraged to contact loved ones who they know have security alarms. In Piteå municipality, roughly 900 people have security alarms and the majority of these also have home care.
