The new head of the secret service in the United States Ronald Rowe said local police in the state of Pennsylvania cannot be held accountable by a candidate for president of the United States Donald Trump’s of an assassination attempt.
He said a local official said there was a man on the roof with a gun, but the message didn’t reach the Secret Service.
– This was a failure of the secret service. The roof should have been better protected, Rowe told reporters on Friday.
