Second straight victory for team Edin

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

The Swedish Olympic gold team, which has won four consecutive World Cup titles, took its second consecutive major victory when the USA was defeated 11-6.

The Americans gave up with one round to go.

Team Edin started the WC by winning big against Germany late last Saturday night with 8-2. There the Germans gave up after six rounds.

The Swedes took the win against the USA in the fourth and fifth rounds.

In the fourth, the team took a third and went from to 5–2 and in the fifth a second was stolen after shaky American play up to 7–2.

Later on Sunday evening, Scotland await, having also won their opening two matches.
