Second search and rescue team from Belarus arrived in Turkey

The second team from Belarus to take part in search and rescue efforts in the regions affected by the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes, which is described as the “disaster of the century”, was sent to Turkey.

In the statement made by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus, it was stated that the “ZUBR” emergency rescue team went to Gaziantep by military plane from the Machulishchi military airport in the country.

It was stated in the statement that 32 experts with special technical equipment were included in the second team, and 3 search dogs accompanied the team.

The Ministry sent the first search and rescue team, consisting of 32 people, to the earthquake area on 8 February. (AA)
