Sebastien Ogier will drive to Toyota at the upcoming Canary World Rally.
Eight -time world champion in rally car, French Sebastien’s Ogier is in the next race of the World Rally Championship, the Canary World Cup at the end of April.
The Toyota team said on Monday that besides Ogier, the stable has four regular drivers in the Canary Islands. For the first time, the rally is in the World Cup calendar.
Ogier, 41, drives again only partially at the World Cup. He participated in the Monte Carlo Rally, who opened the season in January and won it. The Swedish Rally and Safari Rally were missed by the veteran star, but despite this, Ogier is fourth in the World Cup.
Toyota’s Rally1 truck also champion in the Canary Elfyn Evans mixed Kalle Rovanperä, Takamoto View and Sami Pajari. The rally will be driven from 25th to 27th. April.
