Sebastian Aho was not satisfied with the ices taken by his team and himself.

Carolina’s Finnish star Sebastian Aho completed a hat trick in hockey in the NHL, but it was not enough to win as a guest of the Washington Capitals.

– We didn’t get a good rhythm with five on five. However, we got back into the match well a couple of times and fought until the end. However, we have to focus on not taking penalties and giving the opponent a break when we shouldn’t.

The loss snapped Carolina’s five-game winning streak. The team is in third place in the Eastern Conference, two points behind the Boston Bruins.

Will Rantanen also reach the points record?

Mikko Rantanen improved his point balance of his peak season by three points, when Colorado clearly defeated Cloumbus with 6–1 goals.
