December is traditionally the month of turkey and capon, but also of scallops and exotic fruits. Something to compose a good festive meal, but not only: enjoy lamb’s lettuce and citrus fruits, which are in high season.

December is the month of festive meals, featuring poultry, cheese platters and fruit baskets exotic. Do you cook good goose grilled garnished with mash celery with truffles, canapes of Saint-Jacquesattorney or a rolled pineapple-passion log.

Why consume seasonal products?

  • Products with more taste: fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and antioxidants, meat and cheese from grass-fed animals, Pisces fished out season reproduction.
  • Lower environmental impact: crops require less pesticides and greenhouse heating. Fruits and vegetables are grown locally and do not have suffered thousands of kilometers of transport.
