— There are some redoings we are going to do in central Vetlanda that we feel we have to check once more. But then there are the outskirts around the city, says Tessan Jigfjord, operations manager at Missing People in Jönköping County.
In total, over 1,700 searchers have been involved in the work of trying to find the woman who had been missing since mid-October. The search work is done in close cooperation with the police.
— They come with requests about how we should think, this also happens based on our own ideas, says Tessan Jigfjord.
The search on Saturday will continue until it gets too dark.
“If we don’t find anything today, we’ll continue tomorrow,” says Tessan Jigfjord.
The woman, who is in her 20s, disappeared in connection with a night out in Vetlanda on Saturday 16 October. Two women of the same age are in custody on probable cause on suspicion of kidnapping.
