Searching for oil and gas is no longer allowed in a large part of our province. This has been decided by the court in Utrecht. The Vermilion company is investigating where possible gas fields can be found that can be tapped, but the province and action group Laat Woerden Niet Zakken are against this and have initiated proceedings.
