Sarnia police and volunteer search groups were conducting a coordinated search of a large section of the city Sunday, as they continued looking for a man missing since Thursday, police said.
Anthony “Tony” Robertson, 75, who police described as a vulnerable person, went missing around 6 pm Dec. 29, police said.
All residents in all areas of the city are asked to check their properties for Robertson, police said.
“If your neighbor is away, or not capable of checking their property, please do it for them,” police said in a news release.
Robertson is described as between 5’8″ and 5’9″ tall, with gray hair, a gray beard and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue, plaid “lumber jacket,” black jeans and black shoes, police said, noting he will respond when addressed as “Tony.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
