Today, KU reported Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) after information in today’s ETC where the Swedish Democrats are accused of having a list in which unpolitical officials in the Government Offices are registered.
According to trade union sources, unfaithful employees are spoken to, denied managerial positions or without duties – which has now led to S, V and MP reporting the prime minister, as head of government.
Several of the unpolitical officials who have been severely employed are among the signers of an internal letter circulating within the Government Offices shortly after the September 2018 election. After the letter was leaked to the media, it became known as the official call or the “261 list” according to the number of signators, writes Dagens ETC.
South carries the list with it
Now one of the Swedish Democrats’ prominent politicians – MP Björn Söder – confirms in a film that Dagens ETC has published, that he always carries the list with him, seven years after the letter was written.
– I always have that list with me, absolutely, says Björn Söder to today’s etc.
The list was added after the 2018 election when 261 unpolitical officials in the Government Offices wrote a letter in which they expressed concern about what would happen if the Swedish Democrats had more influence. The letter emerged that it was people who did not sympathize with the values and politics of the Swedish Democrats.
The letter was criticized, among other things, by former Prime Minister Carl Bildt (M) Who claimed that it was all an “S-marked campaign against an alliance government”.
Mean that S is behind
In the interview with Dagens ETC, Björn Söder believes that several of the letter’s signers have strong links to the Social Democrats and accuse the party of being behind the letter 2018.
– These people, most of those who wrote on the list, their political residence are already widely known. Many of them were recruited from Sveavägen. It was also the initiators of this list comes from, says Björn Söder in the interview in today’s etc.
Criticizes the officials
Björn Söder (SD) believes that he wants unpolitical officials, but that the people who have clearly shown that they are not.
– I have the list with me for the reason that I want to know about these people, the officials, whether they are reliable or not. That they can give an objective image that I want as a politician, because they pretend to be objective. Or if I know they have a political agenda behind, then I can weigh their way of saying or commenting in a certain way, says Björn Söder, to today’s etc.
Why do you want to clear out these unpolitical officials?
– They are not political officials, they are officials in a department, and then regardless of the party hat that governs the department, one should be loyal to the office. They have shown deficiencies in being neutral, and then it must have consequences. We must return to having officials who are loyal to their offices, says Björn Söder.
Harsh criticism from the Social Democrats
The Social Democrats harshly criticize the survey of the views of the unpolitical officials.
“It is very serious tasks that have emerged, and a very uninhabited way of leading the state administration,” says Adrian Magnusson, MP Social Democrats.
“This is about being politically trying to influence the officials, who are unpolitically appointed, it is something that is foreign to Swedish administrative culture,” says Adrian Magnusson, parliamentary member of the Social Democrats.
According to S, V and MP, which is behind the KU report, the information on them is correct, a politicization of the administrative culture in the Government Offices, which must be based on integrity, qualifications and qualifications-not on the political views the employees have. It can also be contrary to the Constitution, the notifiers say.
