The Sweden Democrats demand that funding for the judiciary be increased by SEK 20 billion by 2026.
– It’s something a government we’re going to support has to be involved in, says party leader Jimmie Åkesson to Aftonbladet.
The money is to be used, among other things, for Sweden to have 30,000 police officers. For example, SD wants to attract with paid police training and a salary investment to attract back those who have left the profession.
SD also wants to double the number of prison and detention places, among other things by renting at least 500 places abroad.
