(Finance) – Last hours for payment of first or only installment of the quater scrapping. In fact, payments of the facilitated settlement of bills made by 11.59pm today, 6 November, will be considered valid in consideration of the additional 5 days of grace granted by law with respect to the deadline set for 31 October 2023 (5 November was a public holiday therefore the deadline postponed to the following Monday).
The law – remember the Collection Agency – provides that in case of non-payment, or if it is made after the deadline or for partial amounts, the benefits of the facilitated definition will cease. For payment, the form showing the deadline of 31 October 2023 must be used, attached to the “Notice of sums due” already in the possession of taxpayers or available in copy on the agency website.
There subsequent deadline is set for November 30, 2023 while the remaining installments must be paid by 28 February, 31 May, 31 July and 30 November of each year starting from 2024, or according to the deadlines of your plan contained in the Communication of the sums due.
