Real estate fund enthusiasts who are not shy will be able to diversify their portfolio with the new real estate investment company (SCPI) designed by Corum l’Epargne. Called Corum USA, this fund will buy real estate in the United States. The management company believes that the context is favorable with prices currently discounted by around 20 to 50% compared to the highs of 2019. Accessible from 200 euros, this SCPI has another particularity: dividends that it pays will not be treated as land income but as income from movable capital, subject to the flat tax (30%). Please note, however, it will bear an additional risk linked to the fluctuation of the dollar in relation to the euro. The share price could vary from year to year to reflect this movement.
As for retirement savings plans (PER), the market is already well equipped but the broker Assurancevie.com is offering a new quality contract, insured by Cardif. Accessible online, Lucya Cardif PER benefits from a solid euro fund – 3% in 2023 -, reduced fees – 0.5% on units of account – and a very wide choice of media. This is its real strong point, since it not only integrates a wide range of listed funds and real estate vehicles but also live securities and ETFs. Two management options with a retirement horizon, the level of risk of which decreases over time, are proposed. They are managed by BNP Paribas AM and Fidelity international.
