(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Solutions Capital Management SIMa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan of Borsa Italiana and on the open market Quotation Board segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, resolved to partially exercise the power of attorney for the capital increase and increase the share capital for a total maximum amount of 1,083,369.60 euros through the issue of a maximum of 300,936 shares, with no par value, having the same characteristics as the outstanding shares, with regular entitlement and to be offered as an option to shareholders.
The unit subscription price it was set at 3.60 euro (including premium) per share and the option ratio at 3 new ordinary shares for every 20 ordinary shares held.
The option offer period runs from 2 to 19 January 2023 (extremes included). The market trading period of the option rights runs from 2 to 13 January 2023 (included).
